Course overview
The CMI Level 4 Management and Leadership course is designed to help Junior Managers to develop personal management capabilities and grow professional management skills, including decision-making, managing team dynamics and delegation capability.
RQF Level 4 is regarded in academic terms as being equivalent to a Foundation Degree. You can choose to study the CMI management and leadership courses at Award, Certificate or Diploma Level.

Entry requirements
To study the CMI Level 4 Management and Leadership course you must be:
- Aged 19 or over
- be currently be a team leader or in a similar role
Assessment
- Completion of a written assignment per unit (word count per assignment 2,500 to 3,000)
- No examinations

The Diploma consists of 6 Units and has a transferable credit value of a minimum of 39 credits.
Course content: 6 units (credit value of 39 credits or more). Learners must complete ALL units in Group A and 2 Units from Group B.
