Course overview
The MSc in Management and Digital Transformation is an exciting programme that synthesises contemporary theories in the field of digital transformation with practical and authentic challenges.
Developments in digital technology are driving rapid changes in business, not least in the way organisations interact with their markets and customers. This in turn places a premium on the ability of organisations and individuals to act in an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial way to counter the challenges this brings as well as to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Successful business leaders increasingly need to be able to operate in a digital context, create appropriate strategies, formulate, and implement successful digital transformation projects. In turn, managers and leaders need to develop the managerial and practical skills necessary to manage the deep organisational change that such transformation projects can bring.
