Change Management Foundation and Practitioner

This bundle combines the Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner online courses, providing better value than buying them separately. Change Management is a globally recognised qualification, developed with the Change Management Institute and certified by APMG International. It teaches the established theory behind successful change — how individuals and organisations react to it, and the approaches that help transformation take hold rather than stall.

The Foundation level builds your knowledge of the core models and principles: how people experience change, how organisations adapt, how to engage stakeholders, and how to plan and support change in practice. The Practitioner level then shows you how to apply those approaches to a real change initiative. Foundation has no prerequisites, so anyone can enrol — and because both courses and exams are included, you progress straight from one to the other.
