PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is the applied-level certification for combining PRINCE2 with agile ways of working, owned and awarded by PeopleCert. It covers applying the seven PRINCE2 Agile practices and seven processes to a realistic project scenario, the agile mindset, and organisational change management and people.

Where Foundation tests whether you understand the blend, Practitioner tests whether you can apply it on a real project and justify the choices you make. This course covers PRINCE2 Agile Version 2, the current version. The open-book exam is built around a realistic project scenario, so it rewards judgement and applied tailoring — not memorising the guidance.

The exam is sat online through PeopleCert's remote proctoring platform. A provisional pass or fail result is given immediately on completion; the official PeopleCert certificate follows within a few working days.
