When your team move on to the second unit in the award, they will start to further understand motivational techniques.
In modules 1 and 2, tutors will cover effective communication, including its importance in the workplace, how it can help with goal achievement, and the various communication tools available. Plus, we also highlight effective listening techniques to help solidify those communicative learnings.
