BCS Modelling Business Processes Practitioner

You will gain an understanding of how to model business processes, including the use of different modelling techniques such as flow charts, process maps, and use cases.

BCS Business Analysis Practice Practitioner

You will learn how to analyse and improve business processes, including the use of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and BPMN, as well as the use of performance metrics and process improvement tools.

BCS Requirements Engineering Practitioner

You will gain an understanding of how to elicit, analyse, and manage requirements, including the use of requirements engineering methodologies and tools.

BCS International Diploma Oral Examination
