Assessment

To successfully gain your CMI qualification, you'll complete a written assignment of around 4,000 words for each unit you study. Your assignments will be submitted online through mystudyspace and marked by ICS Learn's CMI tutors.

If you choose to enrol in the Professional Coaching Practice or the Professional Mentoring Practice units, you'll also need to conduct a recorded observation session — where you'll need to coach or mentor 2x candidates.
