There are no formal prerequisites to study this qualification. You will need to sit and pass the PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundation exam before sitting your PRINCE2® 7th Edition Practitioner exam.

Assessment
The PRINCE2® Foundation certification is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam comprises of 60 multiple-choice questions (meaning you will have to select your answers from the options you are provided with). Your exam will be one hour long, and you will be required to score 55% (33 out of 60) or higher in order to pass. This is a closed-book exam.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner certification is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam comprises of 68 objective, multiple-choice questions (meaning you will have to select your answers from the options you are provided with). Your exam will be two-and-a-half hours long, and you will be required to score 55% (38 out of 68) or higher in order to pass. This is an open-book exam, and so you will be able to make use of the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 2017 Edition handbook should wish.
