Course overview
On this programme, we offer three pathways so that your journey can be personalised to suit your ambitions and developmental needs. You will study three modules throughout: Business Strategy, Organisational Performance, and Strategic Project, utilising our easy-to-use iLearner system to access learning resources. You will engage in a vibrant series of assessments which will see you produce a podcast, attend an industry event, and present to audiences, to name but a few; all the while having a direct impact on your organisation’s success.
Rest assured, you won’t be left on your own. You will be paired with one of our expert consultants who will use our recognised Strategic Consulting Review Model (SCRM) to support you, but equally turn up the heat and put you under some pressure. We want that – this course is about preparing you for the intensity of C-suite positions in a safe environment.
This programme is a good alternative to the defunded Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship, or for those who want a practical alternative to a master’s degree. You may be able to use this qualification to get Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with a university, thus removing some modules from an MA / MSc, giving you an incremental way of building towards a master’s.
If you don’t feel ready for the full Diploma yet, we have the shorter Certificate option available for a reduced fee (contact us for more details), which involves completing semester one only. This can be a nice way of dipping your toe in the water of executive-level study with easy access to top up to the Diploma.
