We are a modern polytechnic focused on enterprise, leadership and management. Our work combines consultancy and education, grounded in applied learning and real workplace impact.
We operate as a think tank for organisations and individuals who want practical, results-driven development. Our programmes are built on our own methodologies, including the Strategic Consulting Review Model (SCRM), used in executive coaching to support decision-making, performance and change.
Our institute is structured across three schools:
- School of Enterprise – supporting individuals to develop ideas, build side ventures and start businesses, while strengthening employability and self-employment skills.
- School of Inclusive Leadership – helping managers create high-performing, inclusive workplaces through practical development experiences such as our Inclusive Leadership Retreat.
- School of Executive Strategy – working with senior leaders to set direction, improve decision-making and lead organisations through complex change.
We work with individuals, entrepreneurs and organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Our services include consultancy in organisational design, change management and digital transformation, alongside structured education programmes.
We are UKRLP registered (10100256), ICO registered (ZC071373), and an approved iCQ centre delivering Ofqual-regulated qualifications (#525729).
