Combined to make a 240-credit diploma, the Undergraduate Level 4/5 Health and Social Care is a fast-track course. The qualification is the equivalent of the first two years of an undergraduate course. Learners can progress to their final year at a university after completing this acclaimed qualification. This final top-up degree can be undertaken at various UK universities on campus or via distance learning.
This course is made up of six Level 4 modules and assignments, which are worth a total of 120 credits. Level 5 consists of five modules and assignments, which are worth a further 120credits. Should a learner determine to cease studying after the completion of Level 4, they will receive their initial 120 credits, allowing them to apply or an exemption from the first year of a university degree course.
