Which course is best for cyber security?

This really depends on your skill level. If you’ve already completed a beginner-level course that’s lead to a recognised certification, such as the CompTIA Security+, you could consider courses in the following areas:

• Digital Forensics
• Information Systems Security Auditing
• Information Systems Security Management
• Network Forensics
• Penetration Testing Consultancy
• Penetration Testing Engineering
• Professional Ethical Hacking
• Security Leadership
• Vulnerability Assessment
• CompTIA Certified Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)
• CompTIA PenTest+ (Penetration Testing)
• CompTIA CySA+ (Cyber Security Analyst)

The CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA CySA+ are great all-round cyber security certifications. Just remember though, these are not entry-level courses; and should not be attempted without foundation training first – which a beginner level course package should cover.
