This course will provide learners with the development of key skills in communicating, influencing and negotiating across a broad range of organisational contexts. Learners will leave the course with the capability to evaluate and improve both their own communications and those of others within their organisation.

As this is a foundation course, there are no formal prerequisites.
Materials
All learners will receive a comprehensive set of training materials. As we are conscious of our environmental impact, our default position is that materials are provided digitally through our partner Mimeo Digital. This allows learners the flexibility to view materials on a laptop, tablet or to print if preferred.
We will also provide loan copies of the necessary standards for use during the course.
Who's it for?
This course targets learners who will be actively involved as team members in communication with stakeholders within their organisation. Learners will gain hands-on experience and awareness of the fundamental tools, techniques and structured methodology for Stakeholder Communication. Learners will leave the course with the capability to participate as a members of a team in the application of the key tools within their organisation.
