CoursesOnline Partners Up with XO Student Discounts!

Do you, like many other remote learners, find yourself bemoaning the lack of student discount cards for online courses? Were you also somewhat indignant to find that the NUS/Totum card was no longer a perk you could enjoy between your assignments and other commitments? We know we were. And that’s exactly why we’re very pleased to announce our brand-new partnership with XO Student Discounts!

Understanding how key student discounts are to a well-rounded student experience, XO swooped in in December 2019 – right in time for Christmas – with its own alternative. Designed to allow remote students to enjoy the same kinds of perks that their brick-and-mortal counterparts get to enjoy, the XO Student Discount card is truly a gift that keeps on giving…

The XO Student Discount Card works similarly to other discount cards you may have come across or heard of. Having one in your possession will entitle you to a wide range of discounts (ranging from 5% to 35%) at many retailers around the UK. Even though XO have only just launched, they are off to a great start, already offering discounts at over 140 retailers. Examples include:

Thanks to our partnership with XO, all CoursesOnline customers now automatically qualify for the XO Student Discount Card. And it’s super easy to claim it, too!

Once you’ve enrolled in one of our courses, just head over to the XO website and click ‘Register’ (found in the top right corner). You’ll be asked to provide your first and last name, and the email you gave us when enquiring on our site. You’ll also need to think of a password for your account, so you can later access your account and take advantage of the discounts when shopping online, too.

After completing the above stage and paying an annual fee of £22, your membership will be confirmed and your XO Student Discount Card will be with you by the following week, at the latest. Simple.
