Assessment
As our Level 3 Yoga Teacher Training Course consists of blended study, you will be required to complete both theoretical and practical assessments to pass our course.
All our theoretical assessments are completed through OriGym’s eLearning platform, consisting of open-book and multiple-choice questions. These assessments are completed once you’ve worked through the content of the module.
The final module consists of a case study and practical assessment. This will take place at your chosen date and time, located at the nearest OriGym training centre to you.
Students can retake any exams and assessments without paying extra as we offer unlimited free resits.

Subjects
OriGym’s Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga covers a range of topics to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge required to start a successful career teaching yoga.
This module is dedicated to mastering the art of structuring yoga sessions, ensuring each movement contributes to an effective sequence. You’ll also learn to adapt your teaching approach for special populations, such as children, the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and pre/post-natal students.
Learn to implement effective lesson plans and gain the skills needed to lead both group and one-to-one classes. On completion of this module, you’ll also know how to confidently motivate and build a strong rapport with students.
By developing your understanding of anatomy and physiology, you’ll enhance your comprehension of how the body reacts to yoga. This includes identifying the muscles engaged in each asana and understanding how different bodily systems interact during sessions.
This module covers the all-important ‘RIDDOR’ (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations). Learn about your duty of care as an instructor, including how to safely manage various situations that may arise during class, such as maintaining equality and diversity, addressing complaints, and documenting incidents.
