How to Get Started in Business Management

There are a few things that will contribute to your decision about how to get started.

• What studies have you already done? If you’ve completed BTEC, the international baccalaureate or A-levels, you may already have a potential entry into a course. Check individual course entry requirements to see if that’s an option
• What work experience do you have? Some courses only require that you have basic English language skills because they’re designed to be done by people who have already worked in the industry. If this is the case, have a look at short courses and optional modules, they may be more suitable. If you don’t have any work experience in the area, consider a course that offers work placement.
• Where do you live? International students, students from the European Union and students from London will all have different needs, different tuition fees and may need to go through different professional bodies to enrol in courses
